San Felice Wine Dinner at Aurora Italiana

Join us at Aurora Italiana in West Bloomfield for an evening that brings together exceptional Tuscan wines and our kitchen's passion for authentic Italian cooking. Francesco Riviera will be here to share San Felice's story while we serve up four courses designed to make both the wines and the food shine.

We'll start with sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres at 6:30pm, with dinner service at 7:00pm.

First Course Scamorza al forno, baked smoked mozzarella, colombo sauce, grilled bruschetta Paired with San Felice Chianti Classico Riserva D.O.C.G

Second Course Ravioli ai funghi selvatici, house made wild mushroom ravioli, duck ragout Paired with Bell Aja Bolgheri D.O.C

Third Course Buffalo alla Griglia, grilled bison, vidalia onion, vin santo peppercorn sauce, glazed heirloom carrots Paired with Campogiovanni Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G

Fourth Course Chocolate and almond torta caprese, vanilla gelato Paired with Belcaro Vin Santo del Chianti Classico D.O.C
